Folding Hill Orchard Block Pinot Noir 2016 shows a pretty bouquet of roses, red cherry, raspberry and red apple that follow onto subtle smoky wood and dried herb notes. The palate is dense with an elegant body of red berries, cherries and lavender with a mild toasted notes from the 18-20 month oak ageing. The finish is rather lengthy with smooth, supple tannins running throughout. A lovely New Zealand Pinot Noir best drunk through to 2025+.
