Sole UK exclusivity. Domaine Du Haut Perron Chenonceaux Touraine Sauvignon Blanc wowed us when we recently tasted it. Elegance and richness would be the perfect descriptors; there's an oily texture that coats the palate as well as luscious citrus, apricot, and passion fruit notes with toasted oak. Remarkably long on the finish with toasted oak, herbs, and a flinty salinity on the finish. A sublime Sauvignon Blanc from a brilliant estate clocking in at 13% abv, this is seriously thirst-quenching and a great pairing with Thai green curry, fish dishes or summer salads. Delicious!
