Corner 53 Umami gin is made by combining roasted butternut, Shiitake mushroom, sun dried tomatoes, rosemary and olive oil. The finished product is rich, savoury and earthy with a distinct Umami flavours. Corner 53 Umami Gin is a very unique gin best enjoyed neat, with tonic or paired alongside an antipasti board to lift the flavours.
