A very approachable, cool climate English Pinot Noir from Albourne Estate. Made from selected areas of low-yielding Burgundian clones and fermented in open-top containers followed by 12 months barrel maturation in French oak barriques. Aromas of spice (black and white pepper), red sweet cherry, blueberry and subtle violets. The palate is delicate with sweet red fruits and a refreshing finish. Try it served chilled on a hot day or at room temperature an hour after opening.
