Upperton Aurora Brut is a more Chardonnay dominant sparkling wine, with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier making up the rest of the blend. Latin for 'Dawn', Upperton Aurora shows pale lemon-green in colour with tight, fine bubbles. The nose reveals waves of green orchard fruit, brioche and toasted notes. Brisk and inviting on the palate with melted butter notes from the extended ageing and high presence of Chardonnay. The finish is rich and satisfying, balancing acidity and fruit perfectly.
