Spirit of the Downs Sugrue Chardonnay Grape Brandy 2021

Made from used Chardonnay Grapes from Dermot Sugrue’s vineyards and aged in English Oak. This is a contemporary brandy with brioche on the nose following onto butterscotch, creamy vanilla with sultana and stone fruits on the palate. Medium length with a slight toffee apple finish.
