Pleasant and refreshing, Il Forte Gavi has a bright floral nose of pear, pineapple and passion fruit. Dry and crisp on the palate with a fine acidity and fruit profile. Light and elegant with a fine mineral finish. Recommended with fish dishes, spicy cuisine or light bites.

Overlooking the historic Gavi fortress, Il Forte winery has been producing high quality wines for more than 65 years. With a plot as large as 220-hectare, including some organically certified vineyards, Cortese is the main grape grown.
