La Fleur Solitaire Côtes du Rhône Blanc Boutinot 2023

Blended from Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and Clairette, Boutinot La Fleur Solitaire is a proper white Côtes du Rhône; fresh, medium-bodied, with a pretty nose of delicate hedgerow flowers and stone fruits. The palate is lovely and fresh showing fresh stone fruits, pear and green apple with a honeyed, mineral finish. The careful use of oak adds lovely body and texture without masking freshness of the fruits. Don't serve too cold, this is a delightful tipple that will pair well with goats cheese salad, chicken or seafood dishes.
