Showing a deep ruby-purple colour, this wine opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and red plum, accented by notes of dried herbs, black pepper, and a touch of warm spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with generous fruit wrapped in supple tannins. Layers of garrigue, liquorice, and a stony minerality add complexity, while a fresh line of acidity brings balance. The finish is long and savoury, leaving a lingering impression of spice and dark fruit.
