An aromatic white from the Cafayate Valley in Salta, Argentina, where Torrontés reaches its finest expression. The bouquet is intensely perfumed with rose petals, lychee and peach, accented by citrus zest and gentle spice. The palate is fresh and lively, with juicy stone fruit, bright acidity and a long, floral finish.

Argentina’s indigenous white grape variety is paired here with the influence of worldwide respected winemaker Paul Hobbs, creating something really special from the Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate. The Amauta Absoluto range celebrates the wisdom and traditions of the indigenous Amauta people. This Torrontés showcases the unique character of Salta’s high-altitude vineyards, delivering a vibrant, expressive white with real regional identity.
