It's no secret. The team here are huge fans of the wines from Waterkloof. We also love a tutored tasting. Imagine how excited we'd be if we could somehow combine the two...

We're thrilled to welcome the Waterkloof big dog himself, Paul Boutinot, to showcase his wines and the extraordinary levels he and his team go to to protect the stunning ecosystem that surrounds them in their unique part of southern Stellenbosch.

Founded by Paul Boutinot in 2004, Waterkloof is a family-owned farm using organic practices. The farm is perched high up on the windswept Schapenberg, overlooking False Bay and The Atlantic Ocean. Living soils, naturally low yields and a long growing season help provide talented Cellarmaster Nadia Barnard with naturally balanced grapes that are imbued with a truly defining sense of origin.  

Location: Hennings Wine, Unit 2 Station Approach, Pulborough RH20 1AQ. Friday 7th June 2024, 19:00-20:30.

Ticket includes 10 of Paul's wines, as well as a selection of breads and cheeses (not Paul's).
