Wildehurst Chenin Blanc 2015

From 30 year-old bush vines. the wine undergoes a natural, slow 2 month fermentation  in 3rd fill oak barrels, it is then matured on the lees for a further 5 months. Grapefruit and lemony tones on the nose are followed through with a sweet, mineral backbone and pineapple flavours.
