Hailing from a parcel of old vines situated on the steep austere slopes of Simonsberg in Stellenbosch (see this issue’s cover). The grapes are handpicked, crushed and fermented at Wildeberg where they transform into a rich, leafy and silky wine with brilliant acidity. Great with Thai or as an apéritif!
