Vieux Chemin Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2020

Vieux Chemin Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a bright blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, which has undergone 28 days stainless steel tank fermentation and 9 months ageing in French oak. This shows a classic deep garnet red in colour with a violet rim. The nose opens with generous red fruits, liquorice, chocolate and a hint of olive. Pure and fresh on the mid-palate with lovely fruit density with a lingering acid and tannin structure on the finish. Dense and velvety. Pair with red meats or charcuterie and cheese boards.
