Upperton Aurora 2014

Pale lemon-green colour with tight bubbles. A fine bouquet with delicate wild strawberry and red apple fruit and brioche character. Palate is elegant, lovely definition, very fresh with creamy mousse texture. Beautiful balance. Long, fine finish.
