Pretty ballerina pink in hue with an expressive nose of Seville orange, kumquats white peach and red berry fruits. The palate is vibrant and elegant with a fine mousse of wild strawberry shortcake intermingling with candied mandarin zest, white pepper and a piercing satsuma sherbet that lingers on a creamy, brioche finish. An exemplary sparkling Rosé and even better enjoyed under sunny blue skies paired with strawberries & cream, pavlova or soufflé!
