Quinta de Sant'Ana Late Harvest Riesling 2015

Quinta de Sant'Ana Late Harvest Riesling is made from botrysis-affected grapes picked from vines located off the coast of Lisbon. The grapes are then de-stemmed and crushed before undergoing cool maceration for three days and then 9 months barrel ageing. Amber gold in colour. The palate is fresh and inviting with a fantastic line of acidity balanced with rich honeyed fruit, limes, apricot and quince jam. Long on the finish with a mineral salinity from the cool, coastal climate. Pair with soft cheeses, deserts or on its own.
