Very limited quantities and made from 100% Robinson vineyard Chardonnay showing wonderful fruit purity, intensity and longevity. Amber gold in colour with a lifted nose of white flowers, stone fruits and brioche aromas. The palate is complex, well-balanced and richly concentrated revealing white stone fruits, pear, vanilla and honeysuckle notes. Silky smooth on the finish with creamy buttered pastry flavours and firm acidity running throughout – Very Chablis-esque. This will pair well with rich pasta dishes, white meats or simply enjoyed on its own.
Hand-harvested with 100% wild yeast fermentation and 15 month French oak maturation in (20% new). Bottled without filtration or fining.
