Mâcon-Villages Réserve Personnelle Chardonnay 2017

Typically Burgundian Chardonnay that is upfront and full with a hint of buttery shortbread and hazelnut on the mid palate, this wine shows elegance, finesse and style. Pure green apple fruit is framed in appealing acidity. No oak here just a slow fermentation in stainless steel with malo blocked in some components to retain bright acidity and ensure balance and poise in the final blend.
