Produced by Les Vignobles Foncalieu, a co-operative of 1000 wine growers who create immensely drinkable wines. This Cabernet Franc, from Carcassonne, is blended with Merlot creating a wonderfully soft, fruit driven wine with those hints of bell pepper.
