Hacienda La Caravedo is the oldest distillery in Peru, dating back to 1684. Hacienda La Caravedo Pisco is the purest expression of Peruvian Pisco, made from the native Quebranta grape. Distilled from 100% fully fermented grape juice (pure wine–no pomace) and rested a minimum of six months with no additives of any kind: no colour, no water, no sugar, no wood flavouring. Distilled through the distilleries oldest alambique copper pot stills.
Full-bodied and complex, with floral aromas and notes of dried fruits. The palate is pure and clean with dry orchard fruits, ripe banana and a subtle hint of dark chocolate on the finish. Hacienda La Caravedo Pisco is a delightfully different spirit for making cocktails. Perfect in a Pisco sour, poured neat over ice or simply in any cocktail of your choice!
