Groote Post Chenin Blanc 2017

This delicious dry Chenin Blanc from dry farmed vineyards planted in 1982 in the up and coming Darling Hills. The grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and sorted before being gentle crushed. Only free run juice was given a cold fermentation before being racked, filtered and bottled. The wine has lovely green apple and guava flavours and is crisp and refreshing.
