Fernando de Castilla Fino ‘En Rama’ is bottled straight from barrel un-filtered and un-fined to retain it’s complexity. Straw yellow in colour with prominent yeast, apple and almond aroma’s on the nose. Intensely nutty and savoury on the palate with a distinct character of fresh bread and a salty tang. Dry with a bitter twist on the finish, this is best served between 6-8 degrees C. Pair with salted almonds, fish or charcuterie boards.
