Fernando de Castilla Classic Amontillado

Fernando de Castilla have produced an extraordinarily fine, complex and sophisticated Classic Amontillado. Beautiful amber in colour with a fascinatingly complex nose of raisins, walnuts and oxidized fruit. The palate it sweet at first, easing into semi-dry at the finish whilst displaying delicious flavours mirroring the nose. What a glass of Sherry!
