Dr Loosen Riesling Eiswein

From the renowned Dr Loosen estate, who have been making wines for over 200 years. Dr Loosen Riesling Eiswein (ice wine) is wonderfully vibrant and racy on the palate with dominant pear, apple and guava fruits, balanced with a clean line of acidity and a long, lingering finish. Grapes for this lovely wine are harvested frozen from special parcels in Erden and Ürzig. They are then pressed to slowly squeeze out the precious nectar, leaving only water and ice behind. Vibrant and complex, this is a delectable German Eiswein.
