Bright, pale, lemon-yellow in colour with a complex, aromatic bouquet of spiced ripe apples and quince with an intriguing background of lanolin and sherbert. In the mouth the wine starts medium sweet but ends very dry, the palate is complex and layered boasting fresh pip fruit and mango. Mouth-watering on the finish with great length of flavour and a clean line of mineral like acidity. Pair with fruit driven deserts, ice cream or sorbet!
