The Bollinger Champagne House has been creating prestigious Champagnes with character, elegance and complexity since 1829. These outstanding wines including the Bollinger Rosé are the result of rigorous attention to detail and pure excellence. The House’s 165 hectares are planted with 85% of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines, spread over seven main vineyards: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois et Verzenay are planted with Pinot Noir, Cuis with Chardonnay and Champvoisy with Pinot Meunier. Bollinger is one of a very few Champagne Houses to produce the majority of their own grapes for their own blends.
The Bollinger Non-Vintage Rosé Champagne, is a recent addition to the brand’s extensive range. On the nose Bollinger Rosé offers luxury notes of red berries, strawberries, red currants, lily of the valley and toasted wheat. On the palate, a subtle yet remarkable combination of structure, length and vivacity is given, with a tannic finish. Due to it’s intimate and unusual flavours, Bollinger Rosé can often be found served during afternoon tea, a summer afternoon picnic or as a drink served with a fruity and tart dessert.
