Boizel Ultime Extra Brut

A clear golden colour with small, persistent bubbles. The nose is fine, intense and complex, with delicious aromas of small white peaches, white flowers and slightly roasted almonds joined by some candied notes. On the palate, the Ultime is pure, ample and of great structure, the freshness is clearly evident although the maturity is confirmed by flavours of gingerbread and fruit marmalade. The finish is pure, astonishingly long and harmonious.
